我厂生产的直连杆品种比较多,每一种连杆的螺栓孔(或螺钉孔)的中心距尺寸都不一样,为此我们设计了一种输出轴之间中心距离可以调整的分轴箱,以适应加工多种规格的连杆。 一、分轴箱的设计原理 为了使分轴箱的输出轴之间的距离可以调整。设计时采用三个齿轮如图1所示。齿轮1和齿轮2在一条水平线上。齿轮2是固定的(与车床主轴联接),齿轮3是可动的。这样通过调整齿轮3,可以使齿轮1在A—A水平线上移动,以得到所需要的中心距。
