基于GAMLSS模型的不同收入群体边际消费倾向研究

经典的线性回归模型假设响应变量服从正态分布,但这种情况在现实中可能并不满足。本文将包含位置、规模以及形状参数在内的广义可加模型(GAMLSS)引入居民消费支出模型构建之中。这种设定形式既可以考虑消费支出的具体分布,又可以探究其微观影响因素。使用中国家庭追踪调查(China Family Panel Studies,CFPS)数据,研究不同收入群体边际消费倾向,结果发现,与正态分布相比,广义贝塔II型分布(GB2)能够更有效拟合不同收入群体家庭消费状况。拟合结果表明,居民消费支出水平的分布状况会对边际消费倾
