随着物流业在国内日渐升温和电子商务的突飞猛进,中国邮政也适时制定了进军物流市场的整体战略目标。对于现代化邮政物流中心的建设,笔者提出以下四方面的建议,供各位同行参考。1.加快对邮政物流的相关标准规范的研究与实施标准化、规范化是现代物流业发展的基础,也是邮政建设现代化物流中心的重要前提。邮件作为物流中一种特殊的物品,中国邮政对其分类、包装、条码标识、盛装容器和清单、路单格式等均制定了行业标准。而对于物流品的分类编码、包装、条码标识、盛装容器、单式、业务流程与开发、数据交换与接口等方面,中国邮政尚未制定相关标准。为尽快适应今后发展物流业的要求,邮政应在国家标准化、规范化的大原则下,结合邮政现有标准,尽快进行研究,并在邮政物流
