通过运用文献资料和问卷调查等研究方法,对赣州市特殊学校弱势群体学生的体育健身意识与影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,弱势群体学生的体育健身意识薄弱,欠缺正确的健康观念,对体育健身的目的、价值理解不够深刻;学生对体育锻炼重要性的认可程度与参与体育锻炼的兴趣之间存在明显的矛盾,体育锻炼普遍缺乏;影响和制约弱势群体学生参与体育健身的主要内部因素为健身意识、身体条件、心理压力,而外部影响因素主要是锻炼项目、场地器材和同学及朋友的影响等。
Through the use of literature and questionnaires and other research methods, this paper studied the awareness and influencing factors of physical fitness of disadvantaged groups in special schools in Ganzhou. The results show that the disadvantaged students have a weak awareness of physical fitness and do not have the correct concept of health, and their understanding of the value of physical fitness is not deep enough. There is a clear contradiction between students’ recognition of the importance of physical exercise and their interest in participating in physical exercises , Physical exercise is generally lacking; the main internal factors influencing and restricting the participation of disadvantaged groups in physical fitness are fitness awareness, physical condition and psychological stress, while the external factors are mainly the impact of exercise programs, field equipment and classmates and friends.
