核电机组在执行反应堆保护测量通道定期试验(T1试验)或测量仪表通道故障情况下的人为干预容易出错,无法保证核电机组稳定运行的问题。针对这一问题,在4台600 MW压水堆核电机组控制系统中引入了“次高/次低选”控制逻辑。本文阐述了“次高/次低选”的工作原理、方法及具体改造措施。通过试验数据分析,验证了此项改造的可行性。同时对“次高/次低选”在控制系统中的具体改造和应用进行了介绍。
It is easy for a nuclear power unit to make human intervention in the implementation of periodic tests (T1 test) or failure of a measuring instrument channel of a reactor protection measurement channel, which can not guarantee the stable operation of the nuclear power unit. In response to this problem, “sub-high / sub-low” control logic was introduced into the control system of four 600 MW PWR nuclear power units. This article elaborates the working principle, method and concrete reform measures of “sub-high / sub-low election ”. Through the experimental data analysis, the feasibility of this transformation was verified. At the same time on the “sub-high / low election” in the control system for the specific transformation and application were introduced.
