以白杨杂种无性系为材料,测定了离体叶片相对电导率及干旱胁迫下叶片相对电导率和电导率极值的动态变化,并对无性系的耐旱能力进行了比较鉴定。结果表明,叶片离体后,相对电导率呈现S型变化;在干旱胁迫下,叶片相对电导率和电导率极值均表现出提高趋势。用3种测定方法对无性系耐旱性鉴定的结果基本一致:B432和B430耐旱能力较强,毛白杨表现较差。
The poplar hybrid clones were used as materials to measure the relative conductivity and the dynamic changes of the relative conductivity and conductivity of the leaves under drought stress. The drought tolerance of the clones was compared. The results showed that the relative conductivity showed a S-shaped change after leaves were in vitro. Under drought stress, the relative conductivity and conductivity of the leaves showed an increasing trend. The result of drought tolerance identification of clones was basically the same with three kinds of determination methods: the ability of drought tolerance of B432 and B430 was stronger and the performance of Populus tomentosa was poorer.
