经研究发现,在稀盐酸介质中,溴酸钾氧化中性红能使其褪色。加入碘离子后,碘离子对该氧化褪色反应又有明显的催化作用。同时又研究了该催化褪色反应的动力学条件,包括酸度,试剂的用量,温度,时间对反应的影响,以及共存离子的干扰。从而建立了一种新的快速测定痕量碘的动力学光度法。该方法的线性范围为(0.02-0.08)μg/L,检出限为4×10-9g/L,回归方程,△A=0.0265C(μg/L)+0.024相关系数r=0.9995。该方法简便、灵敏、准确、选择性好,用于水及蔬菜中痕量碘的测定,均获得了令人满意的效果。
The study found that in dilute hydrochloric acid medium, potassium bromate oxidation of neutral red can make it fade. After adding iodine ion, iodide ion has obvious catalytic effect on the oxidation fade reaction. At the same time, the kinetic conditions of the catalytic fading reaction were studied, including the acidity, the amount of reagent, the influence of temperature and time on the reaction, and the interference of coexisting ions. Thus, a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for rapid determination of trace iodine was established. The linear range of this method was (0.02-0.08) μg / L, the detection limit was 4 × 10-9g / L, regression equation, △ A = 0.0265C (μg / L) +0.024 correlation coefficient r = 0.9995. The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and selective, and has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of iodine in water and vegetables with satisfactory results.
