以CAPP描述为出发点,分析了目前众多 CAPP系统中信息描述的特点和不足。本文对零件建模中信息描述进行了研究,提出了回转体零件的二维特征建模方法,同时也解决了一般CAPP中哑图不能准确表达零件和图形的实时修改等问题。通过图索拼装和采用接口技术.较好地解决了零件信息的存贮和共享,实现了 CAD/CAPP集成。
Taking CAPP as a starting point, this paper analyzes the features and shortages of information description in many CAPP systems. In this paper, we study the information description in part modeling and propose a two-dimensional feature modeling method for the parts of the rotator. Meanwhile, we solve the problem that the dumb figure in CAPP can not accurately represent the real-time modification of parts and graphics. Through assembling and using the interface technology, it solves the storage and sharing of parts information and realizes the CAD / CAPP integration.
