后进生是学习对象中的特殊组成群体,在新课改下更是课堂有效教学的重要对象.实践证明,学习对象保持能动参与情感,是课堂教学有效、深入开展的基础和条件.初中数学教师要尊重学生个体之间的差异,按照因材施教的教学原则,实施有的放矢的教学策略,促进全体学生整体进步和发展.本文作者对当前初中后进生数学学习能动性培养进行粗浅论述.
