[目的]观察中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。[方法]将50例患者随机分为两组,对照组25例口服吲哚美辛治疗,治疗组25例在对照组的治疗基础上同时应用中药汤剂治疗。两组均以30d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率84.00%,对照组总有效率60.00%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效满意。 [Objective] To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis. [Method] Fifty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with indometacin in 25 cases. The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were 30d for a course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The total effective rate was 84.00% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with satisfactory results.
