新课标下高中教育教学改革与发展探析

多年来,在我们的应试教育过程中,应试教育的理念和模式一直困扰着学生的教学与培养工作。所谓应试教育,结合素质教育我们可以知道,应试教育背离素质教育,采用机械化教育方式培养学生,学生仅能以出版社出版的课本为准进行学习。它以升学率高低检验学校教育质量、教师工作成绩及学生学业水平。它以考试为目的,其教育模式与考试方法限制了学生能力的充分发挥,所培养的学生难以适应工作要求和社会发展。学校、社会和家长对学生采取单一的评价方式,把“成绩搞 Over the years, in our exam-oriented education process, the concept and mode of exam-oriented education has plagued the teaching and training of students.
