目的:探讨在眼外伤诊断中应用高频彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2016年1月—12月收治的眼外伤患者76例(79眼),均行高频彩色多普勒超声检查,探讨其诊断价值。结果:79眼经手术诊断确诊38眼玻璃体积血,21眼视网膜脱离,17眼脉络膜脱离,3例晶状体完全脱位,彩超诊断符合率为98.7%。结论:彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断眼外伤临床价值较高,有推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ocular trauma. Methods: Seventy-six patients (79 eyes) with ocular trauma admitted from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were examined by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography to explore the diagnostic value. Results: The vitreous hemorrhage was confirmed in 38 of the 79 eyes diagnosed by surgery. The retinal detachment in 21 eyes, the detachment in 17 eyes and the complete dislocation of the lens in 3 eyes were achieved. The coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was 98.7%. Conclusion: The color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ocular trauma is of high clinical value and has the promotion value.
