目的:定性分析中药复方附子理中丸中的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS和RRLC-Q-TOFMS的方法分别建立附子理中丸的指纹图谱,并对色谱峰进行定性分析。并采用系统聚类分析法对指纹图谱进行分类研究。结果:定性了附子理中丸中的45个成分,依据指纹图谱分析,发现不同厂家的附子理中丸存在一定差异。结论:该方法可以为研究附子理中丸的化学成分和质量标准提供依据。
Objective: To qualitatively analyze the chemical constituents of Fuzi Li Zhong pill. Methods: The fingerprint of Fuzi Lizhong Wan was established by GC-MS and RRLC-Q-TOFMS respectively, and the chromatographic peaks were qualitatively analyzed. The cluster analysis was used to classify the fingerprints. Results: Forty-five components of Fuzi Li Zhong Wan were identified. According to the analysis of fingerprints, it was found that Fuzi Li Zhong Wan from different manufacturers had some differences. Conclusion: This method can provide the basis for the study of the chemical composition and quality standard of Fuzi Li Zhong Pills.
