目的建立全自动定氮仪和液相色谱仪检测分析香菇中甲醛的含量。方法利用全自动定氮仪全封闭的有利条件,利用水浴方法析出香菇中甲醛,利用液相色谱仪测定甲醛含量。结果香菇中甲醛的检测优化条件为蒸馏4 min,水浴温度为60℃,水浴时间为60 min。当甲醛浓度为0.0~10.0 mg/kg时,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9995,加标回收率为73.0%~107.3%。结论凯氏定氮仪联合液相色谱法能够快速检测香菇中甲醛含量,并且准确度高。
Objective To establish an automatic nitrogen analyzer and liquid chromatograph to detect and analyze the content of formaldehyde in mushrooms. Methods Full-automatic nitrogen analyzer was used to purify the formaldehyde in mushrooms by the water bath method. The formaldehyde content was determined by liquid chromatography. Results For the detection of formaldehyde in mushroom, the optimal conditions were distillation 4 min, water bath temperature 60 ℃, water bath time 60 min. When the concentration of formaldehyde is 0.0 ~ 10.0 mg / kg, the standard curve has a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r is 0.9995, and the spiked recoveries are 73.0% -107.3%. Conclusion Kjeldahl apparatus combined with liquid chromatography can rapidly detect the content of formaldehyde in mushrooms with high accuracy.
