南宋官方在加强民间刻书管制的同时,运用了相对有利于知识传播的管理思维,既确保了官刻的质量和正统,也使民间刻书能够以市场为导向从事出版,客观上推动了以畅销书为代表的多元化出版传播。尽管官民双方代表不同的阶级利益,具体的出版价值目标也有所不同,但在传播文化、服务教育、提升人民素质等核心价值观层面基本达成了一致。
The government of the Southern Song Dynasty, while strengthening the control over the private engraving, applied the management thinking that is relatively conducive to the dissemination of knowledge, which not only ensured the quality and orthodoxy of the official engraving but also enabled the market for the private engraving to be marketed as a guide and objectively promoted the best- Diversified as the representative of the publication and dissemination. Although both the government and the people represent different class interests and the specific goals of publishing value are different, they have basically reached consensus on core values such as dissemination of culture, service education and enhancement of people’s quality.
