近年来,随着生命科学和环境科学诸领域的迅速发展,以生物材料为基础的各种生物传感器的开发应用愈来愈受到关注。酶传感器便是其中之一。本文以丁酰胆碱酯酶(BuchE)为例,对该酶的固定化以及酶传感器的研制与应用进行了一系列的探索性研究。利用BuchE传感器测定某些有机磷农药,具有相当高的灵敏度,且传感器敏感部分即固定化BuchE膜随时间的稳定性良好,因此大大方便了其保存与更换。
In recent years, with the rapid development of various fields such as life science and environmental science, development and application of various biological sensors based on biological materials have drawn more and more attention. Enzyme sensor is one of them. In this paper, butyrylcholinesterase (BuchE) is taken as an example, a series of exploratory studies have been carried out on the immobilization of enzyme and the development and application of enzyme sensor. The use of BuchE sensors for the determination of certain organophosphorous pesticides has a very high sensitivity and the sensitive part of the sensor, the immobilized BuchE membrane, is very stable over time, which greatly facilitates its storage and replacement.
