本文论述和分析油气计量在稠油开采后期原油乳化中的重要作用,通过对原油伴生气测量工艺和测量过程详尽分析和论证,解释和解决目前原油开采过程中存在的各种问题。原油含水较高时,含水率测定分析存在很大的误差,乳化油的形成、原油含水率及伴生气之间存在密切关联。通过对乳化油形成规律分析,总结归纳出科学的破乳方案,在制定破乳方案过程中对原油含水率和伴生气的体积测试需要及时准确跟踪。我们本着提高油井计量标准的原则,从三个方面论证解决方案。
This paper discusses and analyzes the important role of hydrocarbon measurement in the emulsification of crude oil in the late stage of heavy oil recovery. Through the detailed analysis and demonstration of the associated gas measurement technology and measurement process, various problems in the current crude oil recovery process are explained and solved. When the crude oil has a high water content, there is a big error in the determination and determination of the water content. There is a close correlation between the formation of emulsified oil, the moisture content of crude oil and associated gas. By analyzing the regularity of formation of emulsified oil and summarizing the scientific demulsification scheme, the volumetric test of moisture content of crude oil and associated gas needs to be timely and accurately tracked in the process of formulating demulsification scheme. In line with the principle of raising the standard of well measurement, we demonstrate solutions from three aspects.
