火工药剂功效的一般概念是指药剂在完成化学反应之后所生成的产物对周围介质所做的功能以及产生的效应。火工药剂化学反应所做的功能和产生的效应是多种多样的,而产品所需要的功或效只是其中的一部分。当化学结构与组成一定时,反应后提供的总能量一般变化不大,但外界条件变化时,能量和效应的利用率、能量和效应的各部分构成可能有很大的变化。药剂功效研究的基本课题是如何提高化学反应能,并研究创造合适的条件使产品所需的有用功能和效应占尽可能大的比例。
The general concept of booster efficacy refers to the effect that the product generated after completion of the chemical reaction on the surrounding medium and the resulting effect. The functions and effects produced by the chemical reaction of a booster are varied and the work or effect required by the product is only a part of it. When the chemical structure and composition are constant, the total energy provided after the reaction generally does not change much. However, when the external conditions change, the composition of energy, the utilization of energy, and the components of the energy may vary greatly. The basic task of pharmaceutical efficacy research is how to improve the chemical reaction energy, and research to create the right conditions so that the useful functions and effects required by the product as much as possible.
