近二十年来,西德主要发展氧气顶吹转炉和电炉两种炼钢方法。氧气转炉钢占粗钢总产量75~80%,电炉钢占20~25%。复合吹炼法(TBM法)在大型转炉上广为采用,效果良好。铁水脱硫包括铁水运输罐中的粗脱硫和铁水罐中的精脱硫两种方法。钢包冶金(吹氩、TN处理和钢水的脱气处理)发展迅速,对提高产品质量的作用十分明显。连铸技术进一步发展,保护浇铸措施普遍采用,铸机效率和铸坯质量不断提高。连铸坯直接热送或热轧技术也在发展。
In the past two decades, West Germany has mainly developed two types of steelmaking methods: oxygen top blown converter and electric furnace. Oxygen converter steel accounts for 75-80% of the total crude steel output, electric furnace steel accounts for 20 ~ 25%. Compound blowing method (TBM method) widely used in large converter, the effect is good. Hot metal desulphurization includes two methods, crude desulfurization in the hot metal transport tank and fine desulfurization in the hot metal tank. Ladle metallurgy (blowing argon, TN treatment and degassing of molten steel) is developing rapidly, to improve the quality of the product is very obvious. Continuous casting technology to further develop and protect the casting measures commonly used, casting machine efficiency and continuous improvement of the quality of slab. Billet direct hot or hot rolling technology is also developing.
