当一个企业家上个月还在庆祝全厂在产品质量销售方面取得的显著成就,对本企业的发展前景充满豪情的时候,却可能在下个月突然发现产品滞销、成品大量积压、资金奇缺、生产难以为继,企业已急剧地陷入困境;此外,企业家经常会突然发现过去认为很落后的地区,变成了一个强大的竞争对手。上述情况现在来说已不是个别现象了,这种急剧而突然发生的变化,已使企业家痛感到对企业未来的预测和预防措施,不是可有可无,而是极端的重要了。
