利用整体胀形法制造球形容器是一种新的造球技术。本文应用非线性有限元程序对32面足球式不锈钢壳体的液压胀球过程进行了数值模拟,分析了壳体的位移变化过程,并与实验结果进行了对比。结果证明,有限元方法较好地模拟了壳体的液压胀球过程,与实验结果吻合较好。
The use of integral bulging method to make spherical container is a new ball making technique. In this paper, nonlinear finite element program is used to simulate the process of hydrostatic expansion of a 32-gauge football-type stainless steel shell. The displacement process of the shell is analyzed and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the finite element method simulates the process of hydraulic expansion of the shell well and is in good agreement with the experimental results.
