第5条 工业企业的生产车间和作业场所的工作地点的噪声标准为85分贝(A)。现有工业企业经过努力暂时达不到标准时,可适当放宽,但不得超过90分贝(A)。第6条 对每天接触噪声不到八小时的工种,根据企业种类和条件,噪声标准可按表1、2相应放宽。
Article 5 The noise standard at the work place of industrial enterprises’ workshops and workplaces is 85 dB (A). Existing industrial enterprises may not be able to meet the standards after a period of time, may be appropriate to relax, but not exceeding 90 dB (A). Article 6 For the types of work exposed to less than eight hours of daily noise, the noise standards may be relaxed according to Table 1 and 2 according to the types and conditions of enterprises.
