对任何企业来讲,长期稳定增长都是非常困难的一件事,因此,研究企业生长的规律。总结长寿的经验。实施以可持续发展为目标的战略管理,就有着十分重要的现实意义。自20世纪90年代以来,国际管理学界就非常重视“组织生命”的研究,西方管理学者更是纷纷从不同角度来探讨如何延续企业生命,获得持续发展。本文借鉴西方一些学者提出的企业及其总裁生命周期假说,就我国企业的人才资源管理及可持续发展作出初步探讨。
For any business, long-term and steady growth is a very difficult issue, therefore, to study the law of business growth. Summarize the experience of longevity. The implementation of strategic management with the goal of sustainable development has very important practical significance. Since the 1990s, the international management scholars have attached great importance to the study of “organizational life.” Western management scholars have also discussed how to continue their business life and achieve sustainable development from different angles. This article draws lessons from some Western scholars and their CEO life cycle hypothesis, to make a preliminary discussion on our country's enterprise human resource management and sustainable development.
