我厂采用QT60-2铸造水泵叶轮,生产中废品率较高,主要缺陷为缩松,发生部位在上下平面与叶片交叉的热节处。此项缺陷约占废品的70%。我们曾进行了加大冒口与下面设冷铁等工艺试验,由于工艺比较复杂,而且易导致气孔和裂纹缺陷增加,问题未能得到解决。1983年改成硬模铸造,经两年多的生产实践,取得比较显著的效果。
I plant using QT60-2 casting pump impeller, the production of high rejection rate, the main defect is shrinkage, the occurrence of parts in the upper and lower plane at the hot section of the intersection of leaves.
