本文以硝酸锌、尿素为原材料,用均匀沉淀法制备了取向连生的氧化锌纳米晶粒。从结晶化学角度提出了晶粒的生长基元和取向连生机理,认为氧化锌晶粒取向是沿着晶轴c 方向易于晶粒连生,它是由正、负六方锥面p{10 11} ,p{10 1 1} 面相互联结为主,其次为正、负极面c(0001) 与- c(000 1) 。
In this paper, zinc nitrate and urea were used as raw materials to prepare ZnO nanocrystals with uniform orientation. From the perspective of crystallization chemistry, the growth mechanism of grain growth and orientation is proposed. It is considered that grain orientation of zinc oxide is easy to occur along the direction of crystal axis c. It is composed of positive and negative hexagonal cone p {10 11 }, P {10 1 1} are mainly connected to each other, followed by positive and negative c (0001) and - c (000 1).
