为了探讨特殊学校体育教师社会支持、自我认同感与主观幸福感的关系,本研究采用领悟社会支持量表、自我认同感问卷和幸福感指数、总体情感指数量表,对92名特教体育教师进行调查。结果表明:①特教体育教师的主观幸福感水平可以由性别、社会支持和自我认同感等因素预测;②可以从社会支持和自我认同感两个方面提升特教体育教师的主观幸福感。
In order to explore the relationship between social support, self-identity and subjective well-being of PE teachers in special schools, this study adopted 92 questionnaires of social support scale, self-identity questionnaire, happiness index and overall emotion index Investigate. The results show that: ①The levels of subjective well-being of special education PE teachers can be predicted by such factors as gender, social support and self-identity; ② The subjective sense of happiness of PE teachers can be promoted from the aspects of social support and self-identity.
