利用DEFORM有限元数值模拟软件,对Nb-W-Mo-Zr合金模锻件的锻造成形过程进行了模拟。基于模拟结果,对胎模锻成形过程可能产生缺陷的原因进行分析,提出工艺设计的改进方案。
The forging process of Nb-W-Mo-Zr alloy die forging was simulated by DEFORM finite element numerical simulation software. Based on the simulation results, the reasons that may cause defects in the forming process of the tire die forging are analyzed, and the improvement scheme of the process design is proposed.
