以大功率采煤机开关磁阻电机为研究对象,引入了无位置传感器技术,利用计算机控制设计了转子位置检测程序。根据TWW-4000型大功率采煤机开采中的相电流、电压特点,估算了转子位置并确定了绕组电流在10A时的最小估算误差,取得了良好的运行效果。此研究为井下采煤机计算机控制和自动化控制策略提供了参考。
With high power shearer switched reluctance motor as the research object, the sensorless technology was introduced and the rotor position detection program was designed by computer control. According to the characteristics of phase current and voltage in the mining of TWW-4000 high-power shearer, the rotor position is estimated and the minimum estimation error of the winding current at 10A is determined, and the good operation effect is achieved. This study provides a reference for the computer control and automatic control strategy of underground shearer.
