将 2 7名战士分成正常对照组、70 %摄入组和 5 0 %摄入组 ,连续 10d ,分别按 12 44 4 1、9985 5、6 875 2kJ/d限制摄入能量 ,观察各组战士体脂消耗及生化指标的变化情况。结果表明 :70 %摄入组和 5 0 %摄入组的体脂及体重实验前后具有显著性以上的差异 (P <0 0 5 ;P <0 0 0 5 ) ;5 0 %摄入组的血清甘油三脂实验前后具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。说明限食能加快机体脂肪动员及体内体脂消耗 ,血清甘油三脂随摄入减少而降低 ,而血清总蛋白及血糖则维持在正常水平。
