本文观察了去除卵巢(OVX)大鼠在水浸拘束条件下,心肌和主动脉血栓素及前列环素(测其代谢产物TXB_2和6-ketoPGF_(1a))含量的变化,并观察补充雌激素后的影响。结果:在实施应激后,OVX鼠血管TXB_2和6-ketoPGF_(1a)比值(T/K)明显高于假手术应激组(P<0.01),补充雌激素后恢复正常(P<0.05)。提示:雌激素对维持正常心血管舒缩功能,提高机体对外界刺激的适应性方面具有重要作用。
In this study, the changes of thromboxane and prostacyclin (measured TXB_2 and 6-ketoPGF_ (1a)) levels in myocardium and aorta were observed in ovariectomized (OVX) -contained rats and the effects of estrogen replacement After the impact.
