目的探讨高原缺氧环境下原发性高血压患者的氧化应激水平及内皮功能变化。方法分别检测高原高血压、平原高血压患者血清丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶和一氧化氮水平,依颈动脉斑块有无进行分组,组间对比丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮的差异。结果高原高血压组与平原高血压组比较,血清丙二醛水平明显高于平原高血压组(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮水平低于平原高血压组(均P<0.05);与高原高血压无斑块组比较,高原高血压有斑块组丙二醛水平较高(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮水平则较低(均P<0.05);平原高血压有斑块组除一氧化氮水平低于无斑块组(P<0.05)外,丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶水平无明显差异;不同海拔高血压有斑块组较居住于高原的患者丙二醛升高,超氧化物歧化酶则下降(P<0.05)。结论高原缺氧地区的高血压患者的氧化应激水平较平原地区高血压患者增高,内皮功能下降。
Objective To investigate the changes of oxidative stress and endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension under high altitude hypoxia. Methods The levels of serum malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide in patients with plateau hypertension and plain hypertension were measured respectively according to the presence or absence of carotid artery plaque. The levels of malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, Differences in nitric oxide. Results Compared with the plain hypertension group, the level of malondialdehyde in the plateau hypertension group was significantly higher than that in the plain hypertension group (P <0.01), and the levels of superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide were lower than those in the plain hypertension group (all P < 0.05). Compared with plateau hypertension group, malondialdehyde level in plaque group was higher (P <0.01) and superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide levels were lower (all P <0.05) ). There was no significant difference in plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in plain plaque group except nitric oxide level (P <0.05). Compared with plaque group Malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were decreased in patients living in high altitude (P <0.05). Conclusions The level of oxidative stress in patients with hypertension in the plateau anoxic area is higher than that in the plain area and the endothelial function is decreased.
