有研究资料表明,僵蚕、僵蛹具有抗士的宁强直惊厥的作用。并证叫僵蚕、僵蛹中抗士的宁的有效成分是草酸铵。临床实践也观察到僵蚕、僵蛹及草酸铵对治疗癫痫大、小发作均有一定疗效。为了探讨草酸铵能否对抗马桑内酯所造成的家兔癫痫,我们分别观察了草酸铵对马桑内酯所致癫痫行为和癫痫样脑电图的影响。实验选用体重为2.0~3.0kg的白色健康雄性家兔30只,分为三个大组,每大组10只又分为1、2两组进行:1组观察行为表现;2组静脉注射氯化管箭碱1mg/kg后,在人工呼吸条件下记录脑电图,均连续观察和记录三小时以上。第一大组用灌胃的方法给予草酸铵105
Some research data show that the silkworm and the stiff worm have the effect of resisting strychnine. Clinical practice has also observed that silkworms, stiff oysters, and ammonium oxalate all have a certain effect on the treatment of large and small seizures. To investigate whether ammonium oxalate can combat rabbit epilepsy caused by coriaria lactone, we observed the effects of ammonium oxalate on epileptic behavior and epileptiform electroencephalogram induced by coriaria lactone. In the experiment, 30 healthy white male rabbits with a body weight of 2.0-3.0 kg were selected and divided into three large groups. Each large group consisted of 10 groups divided into 1 and 2 groups: Group 1 observed behavioral performance; 2 groups were intravenously injected with chlorine. After the administration of 1 mg/kg of arrowhead, the EEG was recorded under artificial respiration and continuously observed and recorded for more than three hours. The first group was administered gavage with ammonium oxalate 105
