人力资源是一个企业赖以生存的重要资源,因此对于一个企业或者事业单位来说,人力资源的管理至关重要,决定了一个单位是否能够为每一位员工提供一个展现自我的平台,也决定了企业发展的高度。但是,事业单位同企业单位的人力资源管理之间会因为事业单位工作的特殊性而有所不同。本文就从事业单位人力资源管理的特殊性入手对事业单位如何进行有效人力资源管理提升工作效率做一个分析。
Human resources is an important resource for an enterprise to survive.
