新时期干部教育培训需要通过不断创新来满足与时俱进的时代要求。对话培训法具有参与性、及时进行形成性评估与总结性评估、鼓励对话、合作性与从实践中学习的特点。其观点主要基于以下理论假设:人是自由的;世界是可变的;社会是有组织的、开放的与多样化的;认知是一个主动对话且涉及权力的过程。从简·韦拉提出的典型对话培训的课程模式中,我们可从中总结出影响对话培训法顺利实施的主要因素:学习目标体现个性化需要和可评估性、尊重、学习小组与课后总结。同时将对话培训引入干部教育培训能提高学员学习积极性,满足干部个性差异的需要,提高干部沟通与创新等核心能力。
The cadre education and training in the new era need to meet the requirements of the times keeping pace with the times through continuous innovation. The dialogue training law has the characteristics of participation, prompt formative assessment and summative assessment, encouraging dialogue, cooperation and learning from practice. Its view is mainly based on the following theoretical assumptions: people are free; the world is variable; society is organized, open and diverse; and cognition is a process of active dialogue and power. From Jane Weera’s typical dialogue training curriculum model, we can summarize the main factors affecting the smooth implementation of the dialogue training law: learning objectives reflect the individual needs and assessability, respect, study groups and after-school summary. At the same time, the introduction of dialogue and training into cadre education and training can improve the enthusiasm of students to meet the needs of individual differences in cadres and improve their core competencies such as communication and innovation.
