现目前,许多高职院校将党建工作的重点放在规范学生党员的发展上,忽视了对余下学生入党积极分子进行继续再教育管理,部分入党积极分子出现党性不强、进去意识淡薄、思想觉悟不高、学习目标迷茫、日常表现一般等问题,严重影响了党员发展的质量和其应有的引领带头作用。因此,针对学生入党积极分子出现的问题,采取切实有效的措施,建立一整套高职院校学生入党积极分子继续再教育管理机制,并开展形式多样的思想教育活动已成为当前学生党建工作的重要一环。
