公司的全面预算管理是协调和优化有限资源,促进公司协调行动、按照规划发展、控制经营方向的主要途径。建立有效的考核体系和预警体系是预算执行的有力保障,必须对预算执行结果进行跟踪、分析和考核,通过考核和预警体系使非正常业务活动控制在萌芽中,减少公司不必要的损失。本文主要论述我国公司在财务预算管理方面所存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策。
The company’s overall budget management is the main way to coordinate and optimize limited resources, promote coordinated operation of the company, develop according to the plan and control the operation direction. The establishment of an effective examination system and early warning system is a strong guarantee for the implementation of the budget. The implementation of the budget must be followed up, analyzed and evaluated. Through the assessment and early warning system, non-normal business activities should be controlled in its infancy to reduce unnecessary losses of the Company. This article mainly discusses the problems existing in our country’s financial budget management and puts forward the solutions to the problems.
