南京作为曾经的民国之都,民国文化资源丰富,地位独特。本文以南京民国文化旅游资源为研究对象,概括旅游资源的开发现状,并运用SWOT法分析其发展前景与战略。研究显示:南京民国文化旅游资源的开发争议大、保护不完善且逐渐呈现商业化,但资源丰富、知名度高、发展潜力大,竞争优势明显。在此基础上提出南京民国文化旅游资源的开发策略:资源开发多样化;分级开发旅游资源;完善相关政策法规,设立专项保护基金;建立区域联合促销体系。
As a former capital of Republic of China, Nanjing has rich cultural resources and unique status. This paper takes the cultural tourism resources of Nanjing Republic of China as the research object, summarizes the current development of tourism resources, and uses SWOT analysis of its development prospects and strategies. The research shows that the development of cultural resources in the Republic of China in Nanjing is controversial, with imperfect protection and gradually commercialization. However, it is rich in resources, high in popularity, has great potential for development and has obvious competitive advantages. On this basis, it puts forward the development strategy of cultural resources in the Republic of China in Nanjing: the diversification of resources; the development of tourism resources at different levels; the improvement of related policies and regulations and the establishment of a special protection fund; and the establishment of a regional joint promotion system.
