角朊细胞(KC)覆盖着整个体表,是皮肤特有的细胞成分.长期以来,对KC的认识仅仅停留在描述阶段,对其内在的规律性认识不够.近年来随着角朊细胞培养(KCC)技术的发展并推向临床应用,使人们得以从一个全新的角度即离体地和动态地观察皮肤活的组织和细胞,认识它们的生理、病理、生化、免疫、药理等有关特性.现在国外一些稍大的皮肤病学实验室都进行KCC,并正深入广泛地应用于许多领域的研究.本文就国外有关KCC方法、科研和临床应用的若干问题进行综述.一、关于培养方法KCC可以追溯到四十年代,许多皮肤科学者为探索这种细胞的生长规律做了大量
Keratinocyte (KC) covers the entire body surface, is a cell-specific cell components.For a long time, the understanding of KC only stay in the description stage, its inherent regularity is not enough.In recent years, with keratinocyte culture ( KCC) technology has been developed and put into clinical application, so that people can look at the living tissues and cells of the skin ex vivo and dynamically and recognize their physiological, pathological, biochemical, immunological and pharmacological properties from a totally new perspective. Now some of the larger foreign dermatology laboratories are KCC, and are widely used in many areas of research.In this paper, a review of a number of issues related to KCC methods, research and clinical applications abroad.
