无线传感器存在网络节点多、能量有限等特点,针对传统方法异常事件检测成功率低的缺陷,利用压缩感知理论的信号重构优点,将压缩感知理论引入到无线传感器网络异常事件检测中。首先对无线传感器网络的异常事件检测研究现状进行分析,然后分析无线传感器网络模型以及异常事件检测问题,并采用压缩感知理论对异常事件进行分析和检测,最后,采用仿真实验对有效性进行验证。结果表明,压缩感知理论可以有效对无线传感器网络的异常事件进行处理,提高了检测成功率,降低了误检测率,完全可以满足无线传感器网络的实际应用要求。
Due to the existence of many network nodes and limited energy, wireless sensor has the defects of low success rate of detection of abnormal events and the compressive sensing theory. The compressed sensing theory is introduced into the detection of abnormal events in wireless sensor networks. Firstly, the status quo of anomaly detection in wireless sensor networks is analyzed. Then, the wireless sensor network model and anomaly detection problems are analyzed, and the abnormal events are analyzed and detected by using compressed sensing theory. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by simulation experiments. The results show that the compressed sensing theory can effectively deal with abnormal events in WSNs, improve the success rate of detection and reduce the false detection rate, which can fully meet the practical application requirements of WSNs.
