目的:分析妇科患者内分泌失调临床治疗的效果,以给临床治疗奠定坚实理论与实践基础。方法:收集2015年3月至2016年3月,本院妇科收治内分泌失调病人100例,并将这部分人员随机划分成实验组与对照组,每组50例病人。对照组50例病人采用西医治疗方法,实验组50例病人采用中西医结合的治疗方法。并对两组病人治疗前后雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和治疗效果进行对比。结果:两组不同治疗方法都取得非常理想治疗效果,但是实验组采取中西医结合的方法,在治疗效果,雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)指标水平等方面实验组效果均明显好于对照组,其差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科患者内分泌失调应用中西医结合治疗的方法,收效良好,效果明显好于只采取西医治疗的手段,临床中应当得到大力推广与使用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of clinical treatment of endocrine disorders in gynecological patients, so as to lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for clinical treatment. Methods: From March 2015 to March 2016, 100 patients with endocrine disorders admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 patients in each group.
