金刚石车削非轴对称光学表面,要求车刀在轴向能作高速微位移运动。一般的位移驱动装置很难满足上述要求。本文用压电陶瓷补偿器作为刀具的微位移驱动装置,实现了非轴对称光学表面的金刚石车削加工,并获得了满意的效果。
Diamond turning non-axisymmetric optical surface, requiring turning in the axial tool for high-speed micro-displacement movement. General displacement drive is difficult to meet the above requirements. In this paper, a piezoelectric ceramic compensator is used as a micro-displacement driving device of a tool to realize a diamond turning process on a non-axisymmetric optical surface and obtain satisfactory results.
