融合式课程中的融合体现在:师生关系的融合、家园之间的融合、儿童身心的融合、各种活动的融合、教学与游戏的融合。其目的在于开启幼儿的心扉,激发他们的潜能,达到真、善、美的统一,促进幼儿素质提高。在参加实验的过程中,教师的观念有了根本的改变。从原来一味追求既定目标,专注实施固定课程,转变为随幼儿经验改变活动内容。在活动中,不再控制和操纵孩子,而是去拓展他们的思路,倾听和欣赏孩子。教师也喜欢更多地参与、实践和反思,能退一步,作自我分析,组织活动的水平也有所提高。——丹阳市司徒中心幼儿园石岩欧阳慧
