运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对辽宁省校园足球指导员现状进行了调查和分析。主要结论:校园足球指导员待遇偏低;足球技能及知识水平参差不齐;校园足球指导员对培训方式、内容较满意;足球场地与器材不能满足校园足球的发展需要。
By means of questionnaire, literature, interviews and other research methods, the status quo of campus football instructors in Liaoning Province was investigated and analyzed. The main conclusions: Campus football instructors treatment is low; football skills and knowledge levels uneven; campus football instructors on the training methods, content is more satisfied; football venues and equipment can not meet the development needs of the campus football.
