对比分析不同射孔枪管用钢在不同热处理工艺下的组织与性能。结果表明,22Cr Mo V钢强度高且具有良好的冲击性能,完全满足130和140钢级工业生产的性能要求,钢中的V不仅提高了淬透性、细化了晶粒和组织,还起到了显著的沉淀强作用,尤其是回火过程中大量弥散析出的V的碳化物强化效果显著。
The microstructure and properties of different perforated barrel steel under different heat treatment processes were compared and analyzed.
