利用离散单元法对一台φ1.5m×3.0m的球磨机内的介质运动过程进行了数值模拟,分析了主要设计参数对介质运动状态及有用功率的影响,得出了不同填充率下最大有用功率对应的最佳转速率,为提高球磨机的效率以及优化设计参数提供了参考。
The discrete element method was used to simulate the media movement in a φ1.5m × 3.0m ball mill. The influence of the main design parameters on the motion state and useful power of the media was analyzed.
