国务院办公厅8月4日以国办发[2015]62号文,向各地印发《关于进一步促进旅游投资和消费的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》),部署改革创新促进旅游投资和消费工作。《意见》指出,旅游业是我国经济社会发展的综合性产业,是国民经济和现代服务业的重要组成部分。通过改革创新促进旅游投资和消费,对于推动现代服务业发展,增加就业和居民收入,提升人民生活 The State Council General Office issued Guoshangfa [2015] No.62 on August 4 to issue “Opinions on Further Promoting Investment and Consumption in Tourism” (the “Opinions”), and to deploy reforms and innovations to promote tourism investment and consumption .
