随着现代企业制度的逐步建立,干部人事制度改革不断深化,基层单位的自主权越来越大,领导干部尤其是主要领导干部手中的权力也随之增大。进一步加强对基层领导班子和领导干部的监督管理,是从源头上遏制腐败、有效防止和减少用人失误的重要措施,也是干部监督管理部门需要常抓不懈和认真实践的重要课题。
With the gradual establishment of a modern enterprise system and the constant deepening of the reform of the cadre and personnel system, the autonomy of grassroots units has been growing. The power of leading cadres, especially leading cadres, has also increased. To further strengthen the supervision and management of the leading bodies and leading cadres at the grassroots level is an important measure to curb corruption at the source and effectively prevent or reduce mistakes in employing personnel.
