通过高压均质法制备运载辅酶Q10的纳米结构脂质载体(CoQ10-NLC),并对制备工艺条件进行优化;测定其粒径、分散度、Zeta电位和保留率;模拟考察CoQ10-NLC的皮肤吸收效果。结果表明,制备得到的CoQ10-NLC分散液粒径分布均一,物理稳定性高,低温4℃贮藏条件下CoQ10保留率高达80%;体外透皮实验表明,CoQ10-NLC能够增加CoQ10在表皮和真皮中的渗透量。
