采用数模分析结合生产实践的方法,对小方坯连铸结晶器电磁搅拌过程及相关问题进行了理论与实践分析。结果表明,电流强度与频率对磁感应强度有直接影响;150 mm×150 mm断面的最佳搅拌频率为4 Hz;当搅拌电流在250~400 A之间变化时,搅拌速度大小范围在0.71~1.06 m/s;该计算应用于生产实践取得了较好的生产实效。
Using the method of numerical simulation combined with production practice, theoretical and practical analysis of electromagnetic stirring process and related problems of billet continuous casting mold are carried out. The results show that the current intensity and frequency have a direct influence on the magnetic induction intensity. The optimum stirring frequency is 150 Hz × 150 mm. The stirring speed ranges from 0.71 to 1.06 when the stirring current varies from 250 to 400 A m / s; This calculation has been applied to the production practice to achieve better production efficiency.
