随着我国医改的不断推进,医院以患者为中心,不断优化服务流程,提升服务质量与水平,在降低运营成本的基础上,有效推动整体运行效率的提升和财务目标的达成。当前从我国医院的会计队伍还存在队伍重视度不够、文化素质偏低和培养机制不完善等问题。本文提出了未来医院会计人才队伍培养应从加强财务人员培训教育、注重“复合型”财务人才培养以及强化医院会计职业道德建设等方面进行不断完善。
With the continuous improvement of medical reform in our country, the hospital is patient-centered, continuously optimizing service processes and improving service quality and level. It effectively promotes the improvement of overall operating efficiency and the achievement of financial targets on the basis of reducing operating costs. At present, there are still problems such as insufficient team awareness, low cultural quality and imperfect training mechanism in our hospital’s accounting team. In this paper, we propose that the training of accounting personnel in hospital should be continuously perfected in the aspects of training and education of financial personnel, focusing on the training of financial talents and strengthening the construction of hospital accounting professional ethics.
